Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to health that understands the body as a unit in which the physical, emotional, and mental aspects are deeply connected. It does not simply treat an isolated symptom, but rather accompanies the person on a journey toward overall balance and well-being.
My practice focuses on rehabilitation, common ailments, and specifically on dancers, as I have firsthand knowledge of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of dance. Through osteopathy, I work to prevent injuries, improve mobility, optimize performance, and support the internal processes that are also expressed through the body.
In each session I integrate different branches of osteopathy, according to the person's needs:
- Structural → focused on muscles, joints and posture, to restore physical balance and release tension.
- Cranial → acts on the nervous system, facilitating deep relaxation and general well-being.
- Visceral → supports the internal balance of the organs, improving their functionality and the overall harmony of the body.
Each treatment is unique: I adapt the techniques and approach according to the moment and the specific needs of each person, creating a space of listening, care and transformation.
